Method
- Flake leftover pieces of fish by hand and pop into a food processor.
- Blitz with a few spoons of your favourite mayonnaise, dash or two of mild curry powder and a decent squeeze of lemon.
Tips: If curry isn’t your thing, swap for a little horseradish. No food processor? A fork works just a well.
